Our Story

A Love Affair with Coffee

It started in a small garage in Portland, 2016. Two friends, a cast-iron roaster, and an obsession with the perfect cup. We believed that truly great coffee begins at the source — on the sun-drenched slopes where farmers have tended their crops for generations.

Today, Artisan Coffee partners directly with farming cooperatives across three continents. Every batch is roasted in small lots, tested obsessively, and shipped at peak freshness. We never compromise. We never rush. Because good things take time.

From Origin to Cup

Four deliberate steps, each one a craft in itself. No shortcuts. No compromises.

Sourcing

We travel to origin, build relationships with farmers, and select only the top 2% of each harvest.

Roasting

Small-batch roasted on vintage Probat machines. Every bean profiled individually for its ideal roast curve.

Grinding

Precision-ground to order. Burr-milled at exact micron specifications for your preferred brew method.

Brewing

The final ritual. Whether pour-over, espresso, or French press — our guides help you brew perfection.
